TERMS OF SERVICE

• I may reject a commission for any reason
• Commissioned artworks may be used for any non-profit personal use
• My works are not to be used for A.I. training nor NFTs
• Unless requested otherwise, my art may be posted to my socials
• I may use the art for self-promotions provided there is no active NDA
• You may alter/edit the piece to your heart's content provided that proper credit is given
• Payments may be done through Vgen, Paypal Invoice, or Ko-Fi
• Payments are paid in full up front, and refunds will not be considered once the commission has been started
• Commission prices may change depending on character complexity
• Prices are negotiable depending on the order
• Commercial use can be purchased for 50% of the original commission cost
• If large changes are requested after the coloring or lineart has been completed, there will be an additional charge depending on the complexity of the requested changes
• A clear reference for the character(s) being drawn must be provided, otherwise there will be an additional character design fee
• If you need a piece completed within a very short timeframe there will be an additional rush order fee
• Check the waitlist before commissioning to make sure the wait time is agreeable with you
• Use code "PURGATORY" on VGen, or message me it directly at the beginning of your commission request to receive a 20% discount for reading the TOS! Please note that the discount code does not apply to Skeb styles and does not stack past 20% on already discounted commissions
• If a due date is not specified, please expect an estimated delivery time of 0-3 months
• If for any reason the commission is not completed within 6 months, I will refund the client if requested

HOW TO ORDER

1) Commission Idea and Special Requests
Explain your commission idea to me in as much detail as you can, and tell me a bit about your character so I can make sure to draw them in character! Additionally, let me know what you plan to use the art for so I can pick an appropriate file size, and let me know if you need transparency for the art or intend on having a basic background.2) Provide References
If you have a specific character, pose, camera angle, or other idea for your commission that can be communicated through pictures, please send them my way! Visuals help me understand exactly what you're going for.3) Approval, Quotes and Payment
After approving the commission idea, a quote will be provided depending on a variety of factors such as character complexity, additional animation, or special requests. Once paid, the commission will begin*!4) Sketch Phase 1
A rough sketch will be provided to the client for approval. Many details will be lacking at this stage as the main goal is to establish the desired composition and posing of the commission. Please request any changes you would like at this stage regardless of complexity. Once a rough sketch is approved by the client, Sketch Phase 2 will start.5) Sketch Phase 2
A second sketch will be provided to the client with more detail than the previous sketch. It may be grayscale or have some blocks of color or rough shading in places due to my art process. This is to confirm that the piece is going in the direction that the client wants.
Please note any and all changes you would like made at this step; once approved, any large changes may incur an additional fee.6) Line/Color/Shade Phase
A detailed piece with color, shading, etc will be provided to the client for approval. This stage may be a little messy in areas, but the overall piece should be easily readable. Once approved, the rendering phase will begin.
At this stage minor changes or additions will be accepted, any large changes may incur a fee.7) Rendering Phase
After receiving approval in the Line/Color/Shade phase, rendering will begin! This is the final stage where the piece is cleaned up for finalization. Once this is sent to the client, only small finishing touches or touch ups will be considered.8) Done!
At this point your commission is done, congratulations!
